The bathroom had considerable dampness. the floor was spongy to walk on. I could feel the floors move. mould surrounded the bathroom, and the extractor fan did not work. there was condensation around the window. The room smelled damp.

The room had comfortable beds and complimentary tea and coffee. The attached pub offered good food and a wide selection of drinks. It was in a good location for visiting Alton Towers. Plenty of parking was available.
The floors in the room creaked a lot.
